Returns:

Eligible within 30 days of receiving the Goods.
Goods must be in the original packaging.
No customized garment will be returned/refunded/exchanged unless it has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the measurements you entered.

Return Process:

Securely place the item in its original packaging.
Mail your return to the address provided in the instructions.
For non-defective garments, Client is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable method.

Refunds:

After inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your return within seven (7) days.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement.
You’ll be notified via email once your return is processed.

Exceptions:
